I had no idea what to expect because I was let down with traditional therapy many times. I will still remember walking into my first session and just crying because of how safe Karen made me feel. Throughout our time together, Karen made me feel seen and heard. She’s helped me become more tuned in with myself and to realize patterns that I wasn’t aware of before. I call her the soul-whisperer because she speaks to your soul in a way many people cannot - and it’s just something, like a higher understanding almost, that just CLICKS. I also appreciate how she took her time and never rushed our sessions. After each session, I started to see life in a more vibrant and colourful way again. I felt motivated to work on things I was passionate about, to take that leap of faith I was so scared to take, and I began to trust myself. I originally went to Karen for a couple of obstacles I was dealing with, but her work ended up helping so many MORE areas of my life. My time with Karen has truly been transformative and I’m so grateful the universe brought me to her!
